In April we gathered the CEO Committee to discuss gender-balanced leadership in a complex world, with special guest Maria del Mar Martinez, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-author of ‘The Broken Rung’.
This year’s awards were given to trailblazing singer Annika, Doris Lan, CEO of IKEA Denmark and Dr. Antonella Chadha, Founder of Women’s Brain Foundation at the Royal Danish Playhouse in Copenhagen for the 12th edition of Womenomics Global Summit.
The session focused on how we sustain momentum and navigate resistance while continuing to embed inclusion as a core business priority. With perspectives from Asger Ryhl, Director & Senior Political Advisor at UN Women and Sarah DiMuccio, Ph.D., Senior Faculty at Above & Beyond – Part of AVT Business School, we explored both the global context of resistance and the underlying psychology behind it.
