The 10th anniversary of the Womenomics DE&I Global Summit&lt

A global community of 1000 change makers celebrated role models like Margrethe Vestager, the internationally accomplished EU Commissioner for Competition, Dr. Ellen Ochoa, the first Hispanic woman in space, and Pamela Hutchinson OBE, Global DE&I Lead from Bloomberg. 

 Dr. Ellen Ochoa, the first Hispanic woman in space and former Director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center, was honored with the Womenomics Global Impact Award 2024 for her achievements in space exploration and her advocating for STEM education to women. 

The Womenomics Leadership Award 2024 was given to the accomplished international politician Margrethe Vestager, Commissioner for Competition and Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, in recognition of her influential role in promoting gender equality as well as ethical standards within the technology sector and broader political sphere. 

Pamela Hutchinson OBE, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Bloomberg, received the Womenomics DE&I Award 2024 for her more than 20 years’ impact on corporate diversity practices and her advocacy for inclusive workplace environments across the financial industry.
