ISS has a more than 120-year legacy as a people company with a strong drive to make a difference for employees, customers and society. We’ve reached our target of gender balance on ISS’s Board of Directors and have set a target for reaching at least 40% gender balance at corporate leadership level by 2025. We strongly believe that if companies – and society at large – are to succeed in truly advancing the social sustainability agenda, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging areas, we need to join forces and move ahead together. This is why we are joining The Diversity Council.
