ISS has a more than 120-year legacy as a people company with a strong drive to make a difference for employees, customers and society. We’ve reached our target of gender balance on ISS’s Board of Directors and have set a target for reaching at least 40% gender balance at corporate leadership level by 2025. We strongly believe that if companies – and society at large – are to succeed in truly moving the needle within D&I, we need to join forces and move ahead together.
