Through social media and events, the women in the campaign show the various opportunities of a STEM and leadership career

During the campaign, womenfrom partner companies – either with STEM backgrounds, or leading in a STEM-driven organisation – share their career paths with students via interviews promoted on social media and during a roadshow of events at schools and universities across Denmark.

60% of managers in Denmark have higher educations within the areas of economics, business and engineering. Yet, only about 30% of the students on these courses are currently women. It is vital that talents of all genders see the value in STEM, to ensure a diverse, innovative and ambitious talent pool.
