The Womenomics Global Summit
On 18 May 2026, Womenomics returned to the Royal Danish Playhouse in Copenhagen for its 12th edition, bringing together business leaders, researchers, experts and international voices under the theme: Future Fluency – Human Centered Leadership in an Accelerating World.
This year’s summit explored how leaders can navigate a world shaped by acceleration, AI, economic shifts and global uncertainty. Through international keynotes, business cases, new research and panel discussions, the day highlighted a clear message: while entering the era of agentic AI, human-centred leadership and relational intelligence are essential performance multipliers.
Womenomics brings together global experts, corporate trailblazers and thought-leaders in order to educate and motivate its audience, with concrete tools and inspirational stories. The conference also provides a unique networking opportunity, for business executives to connect with other like-minded leaders.
Womenomics Awards
Each year, Womenomics Awards are presented to extraordinary role models who are above & beyond in their respective fields, for their unique achievements and contribution to reach gender parity.
The recipients of these awards are selected from nominations put forward by the Womenomics committee.
