The Womenomics Global Summit explores diversity, inclusion and women’s impact on the global economy

The theme of Womenomics 2026 will be: ‘Future Fluency – Human-Centred Leadership in an Accelerating World’. The program will spotlight inclusive leadership as a core business driver, the rising influence of the female economy and how AI is reshaping the future workplace which demands an increased focus on addressing bias.
Womenomics brings together global experts, corporate trailblazers and thought-leaders in order to educate and motivate its audience, with concrete tools and inspirational stories. The conference also provides a unique networking opportunity, for business executives to connect with other like-minded leaders.

Each year, Womenomics Awards are presented to extraordinary role models who are above & beyond in their respective fields, for their unique achievements and contribution to reach gender parity.
