Diversity Council Meetings

The Diversity Council delivers six annual meetings across three tailored forums: CEO Committees, CHRO Roundtables, and People & Culture/DE&I Lead Workshops. Each forum is designed to meet the specific needs of its audience: from confidential peer dialogue and global perspectives for CEOs and C-suite leaders, to meaningful benchmarking for CHROs and hands-on implementation support for P&C and diversity teams.

CEO Committee

To anchor diversity and inclusion within organisations, it is imperative to start with top management. Boards and executives acknowledge commitment to inclusive leadership is a key part of their long-term investment in ensuring sustainable, profitable and innovative organisations.
These meetings enable CEOs and C-suite leaders, along with their CEOs, to connect across industries, learn from global thought leaders, and exchange strategic insights with peers.

CHRO Roundtable

These meetings enable CHROs and Senior People & Culture Leaders, in a smaller forum, to share challenges, seek inspiration and benchmark across industries, and align on strategic culture transformation.

People & Culture/DE&I Lead Workshop

These meetings provide P&C and DE&I leads with tangible tools, cases, and frameworks to drive execution, and facilitate peer-to-peer learning frameworks, and best practices.

The Diversity Council as well as the partner companies will also engage in the public debate when appropriate in the press or e.g. at events such as our Womenomics Global Summit. When the partners in the alliance address the diversity issues together, the impact is potentially faster as well as more significant and supports the long-term goal of inspiring the business community at large.
