High Impact Leadership Program

The High Impact Leadership Program builds core leadership competencies and a cross-industry network for women with potential to further develop their leadership. Professors from some of the best universities in the world expand strategic thinking and develop transformational executive skills for leaders who are currently in middle-management and have several years of management experience.

This module explores global business trends, corporate strategy, and the transformative impact of AI, providing the strategic insights required to navigate an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

Module 2
LEADING TEAMS

This module strengthens the practice of leading teams by combining core management competencies with emotional intelligence, equipping leaders to build trust, foster collaboration, and drive collective performance in a digital age.

Module 3
LEADING WITH IMPACT

This module examines leadership values and communication approaches, fostering the self-awareness and presence essential for authentic and inclusive leadership.

Nathan Furr

Full Professor of Strategy, INSEAD

Nathan Furr is a Full Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, where he teaches innovation and technology strategy. Nathan earned his PhD from the Stanford Technology Ventures Program at Stanford University and he has held permanent or visiting positions at INSEAD, ESSEC, and BYU. Nathan’s research focuses on innovation and technology strategy, particularly how new and established firms adapt to technology change and enter new markets.

Vanessa Druskat

Harvard Business Review Author and Associate Professor, University of New Hampshire

Vanessa Druskat is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and a Harvard Business Review author. She is an internationally recognized leadership and team performance expert who advises leaders and teams in some of the world’s most respected Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 organizations. Vanessa’s thirty-year research career examining differences between team cultures (i.e., social norms and routines) in high-performing and average-performing work teams led her to pioneer the concept of team emotional intelligence.

Gabrielle Adams

Associate Professor, University of Virginia

Gabrielle Adams is a behavioral scientist, with a joint appointment as an associate professor of public policy and business administration at the University of Virginia. She also holds a courtesy appointment in the Psychology department in the College of Arts and Sciences. Professor Adams studies the processes and dynamics that give rise to ‘good’ decisions, policies, and conditions in organizations. Her research focuses on psychological inefficiencies: the factors that cause friction and prevent people from understanding one another’s viewpoints or making sound decisions.

Simon Lancaster

Visiting Lecturer, University of Cambridge and Speechwriter

Simon Lancaster is one of the world’s top speechwriters. He is an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, a visiting lecturer at Cambridge University and appears regularly on BBC News. He is author of the best-selling books ‘Speechwriting: The Expert Guide’ and ‘Winning Minds: Secrets from the Language of Leadership’ and is ’Speak like a Leader’ TEDx talk gets a hundred thousand views a month.

Sarah DiMuccio

PhD Social Psychology Senior Consultant and Head of R&D, Above & Beyond Group

Sarah DiMuccio is a Senior Consultant at Above & Beyond Group and an expert in gender equity, masculinities and DEI. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from New York University, where she researched how gender norms shape behavior and workplace dynamics. As the former Director of Research at Catalyst, a global DE&I nonprofit, she led international studies on systemic bias and leadership. Sarah works with leaders and employees to integrate DE&I principles, develop bias-aware leadership, and create psychologically safe environments.
