The Fast-Track Program is an immersive leadership development experience for women. It is designed for early-career high-potential talents to be successful in their first major management role by learning tools and techniques to lead themselves and their teams more effectively.

Claire French

Above & Beyond Academy’s programs are orchestrated by Claire French. Claire is a transformational results focused Facilitator  and Coach and has worked across sectors in more than 45 countries. She shifts mindsets and cultures to enable organisations to  overcome their challenges and prepare for the future. Ole Kjeldal

Ole specialises in Design Thinking, Innovation Management, Business Model Innovation, and Tech Transformation. For more than 12 years, he has been delivering governance, analyses, capabilities and innovations for “those who lead your transformation and innovation”. Ole combines hard data and creative design to create data-driven, sustainable and disruptive solutions. Ole holds a PhD in Design Thinking and Disruptive Innovation from DTU and Stanford University, and he is a highly experienced business designer, entrepreneur and educator.

Christian Harperlund

Christian is a trained organisational psychologist and has worked with corporate development and learning since 1996. Christian started his career as a manager in the public sector and has subsequently worked as a learning architect and consultant. Christian is also a co-author of the book “Onboarding: Getting New Hires off to a Flying Start”.

Isabelle Bester

Isabelle’s focus is on leadership development, mindset and communication excellence. Isabelle has over 15 years of Business and Facilitation experience and has a passion for working with teams and leaders to develop empowering and sustainable working cultures. Isabelle studied Communications at Duke University in the USA, and has several diplomas and certifications in Leadership & Team Coaching, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence.
