Fast-Track Management Program

The Fast-Track Program is an immersive leadership development experience for women. It is designed for early-career high- potential talents to be successful in their first major management role by learning tools and techniques to lead themselves and their teams more effectively.

Raina Brands

Associate Professor, UCL School of Management

Raina Brands is an award-winning researcher, consultant, and professor at University College London. She earned her PhD in Management from Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. Before joining University College London she was on the faculty at London Business School. A core focus of her research is to understand how social networks shape individuals’ careers and to intervene in these processes to create more meritocratic and inclusive organisations. As an executive educator, she has crafted targeted training programs to build effective networks and empower leaders.

Simon Lancaster

Speechwriter

Simon Lancaster is one of the world’s top speechwriters. He is an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, a visiting lecturer at Cambridge University and appears regularly on BBC News. He is author of the best-selling books ‘Speechwriting: The Expert Guide’ and ‘Winning Minds: Secrets from the Language of Leadership’ and is ’Speak like a Leader’ TEDx talk gets a hundred thousand views a month.

Sarah DiMuccio

Sarah DiMuccio, PhD, is Senior Faculty, Inclusive Leadership & Culture at Above & Beyond, part of AVT Business School, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, bias, psychological safety, and organizational culture. Born and raised in the U.S. with Danish heritage, she brings a global perspective to her work, drawing on experience across both American and European workplaces.
She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from New York University, where she researched how gender norms shape behaviour and workplace dynamics. As the former Director of Research at Catalyst, a global DE&I nonprofit, she led international studies on systemic bias and leadership, helping companies worldwide develop more inclusive strategies. Through strategic consulting, facilitation, and training, Sarah supports organizations in driving lasting cultural change with a pragmatic and empathetic approach that meets people where they are.

Ole Kjeldal

Business Designer

For more than 12 years, Ole Kjeldal has been delivering governance, analyses, capabilities and innovations for “those who lead your transformation and innovation”. Ole combines hard data and creative design to create data-driven, sustainable and disruptive solutions. Ole holds a PhD in Design Thinking and Disruptive Innovation from DTU and Stanford University, and he is a highly experienced business designer, entrepreneur and educator.

Louise Opprud

Creative Technologist and Founder of Work Life Lab

Louise is the former Creative Lead of Innovation Lab, one of Scandinavia ́s first innovation think tanks and a global key-note speaker. She has spent the last 12 years, interviewing and visiting companies like NASA, Pixar, X at Google, LEGO Ventures, Spotify and many more – to distill the most future proof ways of working. She has helped global companies think and work in new ways, among others DR, LEGO, Novo Nordisk, McKinsey & Co., Børsen, VEGA, BMW, Genmab and Google.
