Future-Ready Leadership Program

Future-Ready Leadership Program has been created to meet the urgent need to prepare for the business of the future, where competencies like technological literacy, AI integration, human-centred leadership and resilience are key. It builds senior leadership capability by developing the skills essential to be competitive in the coming decade in 3 focussed modules on: disruptive innovation, digital transformation and inclusive leadership.
The program delivers deep innovation concepts during the three modules. It has been tailor-made for experienced leaders with high potential.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND AI

This module examines the strategic competencies required for leading in an era of disruption, and exploring how leaders can anticipate change, drive innovation, and shape sustainable global strategies for the future.

Module 2
INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

This module investigates the role of emotional intelligence, bias awareness, and inclusive practices in modern leadership, fostering the mindset and capabilities needed to lead diverse, high-performance teams with empathy and impact.

GLOBAL STRATEGY & DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION

This module examines the strategic competencies required for leading in an era of disruption, and exploring how leaders can anticipate change, drive innovation, and shape sustainable global strategies for the future.

Rory MacDonald

Rory McDonald is the John Tyler Associate Professor of Business Administration at Darden where he teaches “Disruptive Strategy: Building and Sustaining a Successful Enterprise.” McDonald was named one of the world’s top 40 business school professors under 40 by Poets and Quants, and his article “What is Disruptive Innovation?” was named as one of Harvard Business Review’s Definitive Management Ideas. He is the co-author (along with Christopher Bingham) of the recent book, “Productive Tensions: How Every Leader Can Tackle Innovation’s Toughest Trade-Offs,” (MIT Press).

Louise Opprud

Creative Technologist and Founder of Work Life Lab

Louise is the former Creative Lead of Innovation Lab, one of Scandinavia ́s first innovation think tanks and a global key-note speaker. She has spent the last 12 years, interviewing and visiting companies like NASA, Pixar, X at Google, LEGO Ventures, Spotify and many more – to distill the most future proof ways of working. She has helped global companies think and work in new ways, among others DR, LEGO, Novo Nordisk, McKinsey & Co., Børsen, VEGA, BMW, Genmab and Google.

Mikkel Severin

Author and Emotional Intelligence Expert

Mikkel Severin advises top executives and companies on emotional intelligence (EQ) within management and negotiation. His passion is to create massive, rapid and sustainable results by putting people first. He has taught extensively on optimal performance and negotiation, and he collaborates with the Confederation of Danish Industry and the Global Executive Network to make EQ a strategic priority. He is a former M&A lawyer from one of Denmark’s leading law firms.

Sarah DiMuccio

Sarah DiMuccio, PhD, is Senior Faculty, Inclusive Leadership & Culture at Above & Beyond, part of AVT Business School, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, bias, psychological safety, and organizational culture. Born and raised in the U.S. with Danish heritage, she brings a global perspective to her work, drawing on experience across both American and European workplaces.
She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from New York University, where she researched how gender norms shape behaviour and workplace dynamics. As the former Director of Research at Catalyst, a global DE&I nonprofit, she led international studies on systemic bias and leadership, helping companies worldwide develop more inclusive strategies. Through strategic consulting, facilitation, and training, Sarah supports organizations in driving lasting cultural change with a pragmatic and empathetic approach that meets people where they are.
