At Above & Beyond, we believe in spotlighting the leaders who are shaping the workplaces and societies of tomorrow. At the Womenomics Global Summit on the 3rd of June at the Royal Danish Opera, we look forward to honouring four outstanding women whose work exemplifies the power of inclusive leadership.

“In times like these, it is more important than ever to promote inclusion, representation, and ethical leadership. For the 11th consecutive year, we are hosting Womenomics to stand united with our partners, share knowledge, and turn words into action,” says Tine Arentsen Willumsen, Founder and CEO of Above & Beyond Group. She continues: “Inclusive leadership is about creating environments where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, which is essential for innovation and economic success in business. With the Womenomics Global Summit and our awards, we aim to spotlight the international leaders and experts who can see the potential in today’s major challenges and turn them into sustainable solutions and lasting cultural change in the workplaces of the future.”
